A pleasant little surprise in El Dorado. My coworkers and I who travel here for business a lot have now added this to the regular rotation when in town. Keep in mind, the 4 stars is relative to it being El Dorado... Some American, some Tex-Mexy food. A very good variety, so that everyone can find a good dish to have. We were all relatively pleased with our food. Location is cute, as is the decor. It is clean and comfortable. The service was slow, but just barely good enough. He wasn't particularly friendly, either, but got the job done.

Went here with my boyfriend place is pretty clean, our server was super sweet & helpful. Food prices are so decent compared to where we have been eating here. We got the steak quesadillas and they were pretty good. I would definitely come back.

The tortilla soup looked more like tomatoe soup with chicken in it. The hamburger were good. FYI if you are handcap there is no handcap bathrooms, there is spiral staircase that takes you to the bathroom.

I had fajitas and Shiner Bock beer. They brought chips and salsa to the table. Delicious. I needed substitutions and they were great about it. Added jalapeños, removed cheese, sour cream, beans, and rice. They added fresh jalapeños. Such a great addition to the dish and I got a side of guacamole. Yum. The tortillas were delicious thin and perfect. I ate two set ups in tortillas then tossed the fajita meat and veggies with the lettuce and tomato and topped with the guacamole and salsa. I was very happy with the meal. The flavors in my mouth are garlicky and spicy and savory awesomeness. Love this place!

Mexican / some American dishes. Bill:$66. Beer cold. South western eggs roll Were good...complimentary chips n salsa when they waited on u. On a Saturday night the place was slow with only two guys waiting tables. I got catfish as my meal...quite good. Richard got trio fajitas which He had to struggle to eat just one. The shrimp taste bad. Don't recommend.

In town for business, and found this place on yelp. Tried it, and will be back the next trip to El Dorado. Kyle's service was excellent! Not once did my ice cold beer mugs get empty. He made sure everything was great. I had the bacon burger, and it was a good, home made tasting burger. Try his home made ranch if you get the chance.

I love this place!! My favorite local restaurant!!! Friendly staff and Omg the salsa is so dang good!!! Not much to say but everything is good and did I mention the salsa?!?

Ive been to the black cat twice in the last month while here on business and I was pleasntly surprised by this place. I ate lunch and a dinner and felt the service was much better at lunch but i enjoyed the food both times.
